We are retained by our clients for varied types of assignments depending on the EU countries and industrial sectors to be covered.

  Lead Generation & Prospecting
The activities undertaken in this module include the following:
drafting a marketing plan and strategy, if desired, with a list of necessary material, activities and budgets
study of your service offerings , preparation of marketing collateral (approx. 10 man days) which would include email templates, covering e-mailers in the local European language and English for the sectors to be targeted, success stories, case studies and reference projects and presentations for the same
establishing a virtual office
research on potential customers for the client’s products and offerings
setting up of an online CRM account which would contain all activities undertaken for each specific customer that can be monitored by the client
setting up meetings with potential customers and co-operation prospects
Attending specific events (exhibitions & trade shows) for networking, presentations, etc., if desired
Project Management at client's site, if desired
Monitoring the client relationship, if desired
 
  Individual & Progressive Assignments
Assignments can be customized based on the client’s requirements. An assignment can be started out as the above and can then progress into an active business development assignment on the client’s behalf.

  Partnering – Co-operation / Joint-Ventures
This module package aims to deliver and advise the client in finding the right partners and possible buy-in options in established European companies.
study of your products and service offerings, comparing them with existing offerings on the market, screening the competition to present your company with a possible candidate
identifying relevant sources of similar services and products
establishing a virtual office
localization and meeting with prospective partners including identification of possible modes of co-operation
evaluation and documentation of prospective partners and meetings with initial presentation of the client company's products and services on-site with ca. 3 potential partners
schedule of follow-ups with the client on-site.

A variation of this module would be a search, specifically a joint-venture partner wherein the above activities would be undertaken with the goal of entering into a joint-venture with a local European partner in a similar line of business.

  Business Development
A Business Development assignment precludes that activities under the Lead Generation and prospecting module have already been undertaken and EU Consultants has been retained to actively garner business.
Such an assignment would include:
Development of a new marketing plan based on the vetted results achieved under LG & Prospecting
Contacting medium and large companies in the selected European markets to present the client’s products and services
Presenting and attending on-site and at trade fairs and workshops, as desired and agreed upon
Depending on the business under development establishing local management, sales, training and support staff
ongoing pre-sales and marketing efforts to establish business under the client’s brand in Europe
