| The activities undertaken in this module include the following: |

| Individual & Progressive Assignments |
Assignments can be customized based on the client’s requirements. An assignment can be started out as the above and can then progress into an active business development assignment on the client’s behalf.

| Partnering – Co-operation / Joint-Ventures |
| This module package aims to deliver and advise the client in finding the right partners and possible buy-in options in established European companies. |

localization and meeting with prospective partners including identification of possible modes of co-operation |

A variation of this module would be a search, specifically a joint-venture partner wherein the above activities would be undertaken with the goal of entering into a joint-venture with a local European partner in a similar line of business.

| Business Development |
A Business Development assignment precludes that activities under the Lead Generation and prospecting module have already been undertaken and EU Consultants has been retained to actively garner business.
Such an assignment would include: |

Contacting medium and large companies in the selected European markets to present the client’s products and services |
 |
Presenting and attending on-site and at trade fairs and workshops, as desired and agreed upon |
 |
Depending on the business under development establishing local management, sales, training and support staff |
 |
ongoing pre-sales and marketing efforts to establish business under the client’s brand in Europe |
